The Vento Tank is the unassuming, indulgent basic everyone needs in their wardrobe. Bra friendly, because functional is the new sexy, with a soft vee neckline that exposes your collarbone just enough to keep things interesting. The tank view A has long French darts and a slight high-low shirttail hem while view B is a bra top, another reliable staple for the hotter months.

 

Our patterns come in PDF format for use at home, copy shop or projecting with both size ranges included. The DD range comes in sizes XS - XXL and the JJ range comes in sizes 1X - 5X.

This pattern is available in 2 size ranges; DD XS-XXL and JJ 1X-5X.

Malak is wearing View A in a size S from the DD size range in Silk Noil from Lyrical Fabrics in color Black. She is wearing View B in a size S from the DD size range in Cotton Linen Twill from Blackbird Fabrics in Cocoa. Her measurements are; 34"/26"/37" at 5'8".

Gabby is wearing View A in a size 1X from the JJ size range in a Cotton Oxford. She is wearing View B in a size 1X from the JJ size range in an 8oz Twill. Her measurements are: 42"/36"/46" at 5'8".

Fabric Recommendation

For best results choose a lighter weight woven fabric; shirting/poplin/linen for an everyday look or silk/viscose/cupro for a slinkier look. However, we believe you can make everything out of anything, feel free to contact us for advice if you’re feeling adventurous.

    Going to be great for summer!

    I have only cut this pattern out so far but I've been looking for a pattern like this for ages. A suntop with a nice low back. So many patterns have got lovely lowish fronts but tend to be cut high at the back neck. I'm goimg to pick out several fabrics from my stash to make up just now ready for warmer weather time.

    Vento Tank

    Great tank top! Making as a set with some shorts. I found the neckline a little low for my taste, so I just matched it with the back curve instead. Super easy sew and very easy to follow instructions. The tank is very flattering with the way the darts are placed, it curves in just perfectly under the bustline. I will definitely be purchasing more Daughter Judy patterns!
