The Henry is a fresh, no-fuss take on the classic wrap skirt - simple and sleek. No zippers, no ties, no drama. Just step in, set the closures and go. It does all the things you want a wrap skirt to do without any of the nonsense you don't. It's effortless yet elevated. It's the kind of piece that makes you feel pulled together even if your hair is still wet and you're running five minutes late.

Quick make, Instructions require careful reading

It's a great staple piece, but I had some frustrated moments making it, like I was missing some instructions. I didn't realize 1B and 2 A were the same piece and you have to cut it all together, so I ended up with more seams than I should have. The lay plans do not show THIS garment. I usually cut out on the WS unless otherwise indicated on the lay plan, so my entire project is opposite. NBD. I think a little diagram about how the wrap is fastened would be very beneficial, like what part forms the drape of the fold and where the seams are.

    Nice design, sparse instructions

This is a cool skirt, and, given that you understand how to see the mechanism for closing the skirt, it is a pretty quick make. But, I had trouble understanding the instructions. I made it eventually. Would not recommend unless you have some experience.

    Love the design

I wanted to make a wrap skirt where I didn't have to worry about accidentally flashing my undies and this skirt fit the bill. I love the design, it's very flattering and also modern. The length is great on me, for reference I am 6 ft tall. The reason for 4 stars is that the darts at the side don't sit as well as I would like on my particular hip shape. When I make this again (in denim this time) I will try adding side seams to get a smoother line there. I will definitely make at least one more, it's a fantastic skirt pattern!

    Perfect wrap skirt!

Looks like a wrap skirt but is not! Very easy and quick to sew, easy to adjust. I love this pattern.
