    Great instructions!

Yay, finally made these pants! Instructions were very good. Even though these were my third pair of pants ever and I've never made anything with the zipper before, I'm very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

    Delightful details and effortless fit

The Adams Pant is the first non-stretch pant pattern I've ever made, and I'm so glad I chose this pattern for my first foray into pant making. I reached out to Chelsea for help choosing my size based on my measurements, and she provided prompt support and valuable insight. I made a size 6 waistband, graded from a size 8 waist to a size 10 hip, and followed Chelsea's advice to take an extra 1" out of the back darts. Other than those modifications for my body and lengthening the legs by 4" for my preferred length, I didn't make any other adjustments. They fit like a dream — I feel so effortlessly cool when I wear them. I really enjoyed the process of making all of the cool design details like the darts on the back pockets. I'm already dreaming up all the future variations of this pattern I want to try making!

    LOVE

I've made two pairs of these pants and love them. They hang just right off my hips and give me the perfect baggy but tailored look. They are incredible comfortable but also stylish.

These were the first pair of pants I ever sewed and I absolutely love them. The pattern is easy to follow and really fun to make.

If you have a little bit of experience with sewing pants/jeans, this is a great pattern for you. The instructions are clear and the illustrations are helpful. However, it is assumed that you are somewhat experienced in garment sewing (which is probably why the pattern is labeled as intermediate). I really enjoyed working on my first Adams pant and learned a few new techniques along the way 😊
